At Ranaji Academy, we strive to provide quality educational content and services. However, due to the digital nature of our products (online courses, study materials, recorded content, etc.), all purchases made on our website are final and non-refundable.
Once a course or content is purchased and access is granted, no refunds will be issued.
Refunds will not be provided in case of:
Change of mind.
Failure to access content due to personal technical issues (e.g., internet problems, device issues).
Inability to complete the course or dissatisfaction with course content.
We may, at our sole discretion, consider a refund or partial refund only under exceptional circumstances, such as:
Duplicate payment for the same course.
Payment made in error (with proof and within 24 hours).
If access to the course was never granted due to technical error on our part.
To request a refund under exceptional circumstances, you must contact us within 48 hours of the transaction, with full payment details and a clear explanation .
Refund approval is not guaranteed and is subject to the evaluation of Ranaji Academy. If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days via the original method of payment.
